Full Moon Series 2024 - Beaver Moon

With the cycle of the phases of the Moon lasting approximately one month, and there being 12 months in a year, we typically have 12 full moons each year

The Super Beaver Moon in November 2024 will be the second full moon of autumn, and it's special as the last supermoon of the year.

This November's Beaver Moon on the 15th will also be the third and final supermoon of 2024, making it an exciting celestia.

The nickname Beaver Moon comes from Native American traditions, as November was the time to set beaver traps before the water froze over. It's also called the Frosty Moon, referring to the colder weather that starts settling in at this time of year.
